He studied architecture at ETH Zurich and industrial psychology at the University of Zurich, and completed training in human resources and executive coaching. As Head Human Resources, Jan was responsible for business transformation, change and people management at executive board level.

Martin sensitises people to spatial qualities and good architecture and loves to find or create living spaces. His understanding of economics and feasibility, coupled with creativity, enables new forms of living and working. Martin advises companies, public sector organisations, universities, and private parties. He studied architecture at ETH Zurich and applied ethics at the University of Zurich. Estelle is Chief of Staff at Arbor Ventures, a Singapore based Fintech Venture Fund. She holds a Bachelor of Science in International Management and Chinese from SOAS in London and BNU in Beijing, an Executive Masters in Social Business and Entrepreneurship from LSE and an MBA from ESADE. She has lived in Zurich, Geneva, London, Paris, Barcelona, Beijing, Hong Kong and Singapore and is passionate about art and sports.
