Jan is a social architect and networker with a talent for inspiring people, discovering potential and creating spaces where individuals and teams can thrive. He founded his consulting company mindyourstep GmbH for this purpose. He studied architecture at ETH Zurich and industrial psychology at the University of Zurich, and completed training in human resources and executive coaching. As Head Human Resources, Jan was responsible for business transformation, change and people management at executive board level.

Brett is the Managing Director of BAJ Group AG in Lucerne, Switzerland; a full-service, private art consultancy firm specialising in modern and contemporary art. He combines key market knowledge and access with art market savvy to provide top quality services to both new and established collectors, institutions, and foundations. He is a founding member of Ballroom Marfa in Texas and a patron of Fondation Beyeler in Basel.

Yonas philosophy for a good life includes well-proportioned spaces and the element of water. Graduate architect HTL with postgraduate studies in business administration at the HSG St Gallen. Track record in the development and marketing of real-estate projects across all service phases. Has transformed CSL Immobilien from a traditional SME into a leading digital real-estate organisation as co-owner, board member and managing director. Engaged as an independent entrepreneur and board member in the areas of real estate, strategy, transformation & digitalisation and growth.

Martin sensitises people to spatial qualities and good architecture and loves to find or create living spaces. His understanding of economics and feasibility, coupled with creativity, enables new forms of living and working. Martin advises companies, public sector organisations, universities, and private parties. He studied architecture at ETH Zurich and applied ethics at the University of Zurich. Further training in construction management, project management and coaching. Founding partner of Wüest & Parter AG. Co-inventor of HORTUS, the most radically sustainable office building in Switzerland with zero emissions, of SIP MAIN CAMPUS, both in Allschwil/BL, of NŒRD, the somewhat different commercial building in Zurich, and of ZWICKY SÜD, a new piece of town in Dübendorf.

Good architecture feels like an extension of your own well-being, says Estelle. It inspires and calms at the same time by creating a balance between space, light and materiality. Estelle is Chief of Staff at Arbor Ventures, a Singapore based Fintech Venture Fund. She holds a Bachelor of Science in International Management and Chinese from SOAS in London and BNU in Beijing, an Executive Masters in Social Business and Entrepreneurship from LSE and an MBA from ESADE. She has lived in Zurich, Geneva, London, Paris, Barcelona, Beijing, Hong Kong and Singapore and is passionate about art and sports.
