Its historic fabric has been carefully preserved and thoughtfully adapted through precise architectural interventions to meet the creative and emotional needs of its current owners, a writer and media couple. The house offers 158 m² of living space across four floors.

One of the property's greatest privileges is its immediate proximity to the tree-lined riverbank.
